The series also shines a light on how running can help people experiencing homelessness and addiction rebuild confidence, community, and purpose.

WHERE TO WATCH THE LIVESTREAM
We’ll be broadcasting the live on both BoMF
Facebook and YouTube, giving audiences the chance to watch in real time from either platform.
Every episode will also be recorded and archived, so anyone who misses the live broadcast can watch later at their convenience. The recordings will remain available on both platforms, making the content easy to revisit and share anytime. This approach gives us the best of both worlds
LIVESTREAM REMINDERS
COMPUTER / INTERNET
• Use a laptop or desktop computer if possible (phone/tablet only as backup)
• Restart your computer before joining
• Close unnecessary apps and browser tabs
• Plug your computer into power
• Strong internet connection recommended (wired connection if available)
CAMERA / VIDEO
• Position camera/computer at eye level if possible
• Face a window or light source, avoid strong light behind you
• Clean your camera lens
• Sit centered in frame with some space above your head
• Simple, uncluttered background works best
LIGHTING
• Front lighting is best
• Avoid sitting directly under harsh ceiling lights
• Ring lights or desk lamps placed slightly in front of you work great
• Test lighting before going live
AUDIO
• Use headphones or earbuds if possible
• External USB microphone is ideal
• Choose a quiet room
• Mute notifications on phone/computer
• Turn off fans, TVs, or background music if possible
• Do a quick microphone test before joining
CLOTHING
• Wear solid colors when possible, avoid black and white
• Think mid century colors
• Avoid busy patterns, neon colors, or reflective clothing
• Avoid logos or graphics that may distract on camera
GENERAL TIPS
• Avoid any large jewlery/earings
• Have water nearby
• Silence phone notifications
• Relax and have fun! It’s going to be a blast.
